Sr. Catering Supervisor
Job Description
Minimum 7+ years of work experience in Industrial Catering
Graduate / Diploma Courses related to Hotel / Catering Management
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint Presentation
Excellent in English communication

Will be overall responsible for Catering Site Operations.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the Catering Operations
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Preparation of duty roster for all the Staff Members of the Team
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Provide a Healthy, Hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance customer satisfaction
Smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
