Position Overview
The Catering Supervisor with a camp catering background is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations within a camp environment. This role ensures the efficient preparation, delivery, and service of meals while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Catering Supervisor manages a team of kitchen and service staff, coordinates with camp management, and ensures compliance with dietary requirements and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a camp or remote site environment. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by camp operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
