Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate catering operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
Lead and train catering staff to ensure efficient service and professional conduct.
Liaise with clients and event organizers to ensure all catering requirements are met.
Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all catering sites.
Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment, and ensure proper usage.
Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure quick resolution of client or operational issues.
Support the management team with planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event service supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
