Female Catering Supervisor
Position Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering operations. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff during events.
Liaise with clients to confirm event details, menus, and special requirements.
Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of events.
Ensure all food is presented and served according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Train new staff on service protocols, safety procedures, and customer interaction.
Resolve any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a catering supervisory or team leader role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of food service and catering best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
