Description
Develop and implement Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies.Design career management frameworks and succession planning policies.Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent.Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets.Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives.Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans.Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery.
Profile
Key prerequisites include:
Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations.At least 5 years within an L&D department for 400+ employees.Proven experience in competency frameworks, career development, succession planningStrong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.Bachelor's degree in Business or HR; CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred.
