Manage end-to-end operations of the automobile spare parts department.
Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English
Ensure optimum stock levels to support workshop, service, and retail requirements.
Plan, control, and monitor spare parts inventory to avoid over-stocking and shortages.
Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and local vendors for timely procurement.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of stock, GRN, issues, returns, and aging inventory.
Ensure correct parts identification using EPC, VIN, and parts catalogs.
Support Service Advisors and Technicians with correct parts availability.
Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory and take corrective action.
Implement inventory control procedures and periodic stock audits.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of spare parts as per safety standards.
Supervise and train spare parts storekeepers and counter staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Prepare monthly reports on inventory valuation, consumption, and procurement.
Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, costing, and reconciliation.
Maintain high standards of customer service for internal and external customers.
Reduce parts cost through effective sourcing and inventory optimization.
Ensure warranty and return processes are handled correctly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and UAE market suppliers
Hands-on experience with ERP / DMS systems
Excellent inventory management and analytical skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
