About the Role

Our client, a leading automotive and car leasing company in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced

Spare Parts Manager

to oversee and manage all spare parts operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive industry, excellent leadership abilities, and deep knowledge of spare parts management for fleet and leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily spare parts operations for the automotive fleet Manage parts inventory, procurement, forecasting, and vendor relationships Ensure availability of required parts for maintenance and repair teams Analyze stock levels, reduce shortages, and optimize inventory costs Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers Lead and supervise the spare parts team to ensure smooth workflow Implement process improvements and maintain high service standards Coordinate with workshop, maintenance, and fleet management departments Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in spare parts management within the

automotive industry

Experience in

car leasing, fleet management, or rental companies

is highly preferred Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, procurement, and logistics Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Arab candidates or Saudi Nationals preferred Strong analytical and organizational abilities
