Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE as a foreman (construction/fit-out/etc.)
Strong knowledge of site work & team coordination
Ability to read drawings and manage tasks
Good leadership & communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site activities and ensure all work is executed according to plans, specs, and safety regulations
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and project schedules
Monitor labor performance, site productivity, and subcontractors
Enforce health and safety policies, conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed
Support and guide site workers as required
