Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out industry
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of interior fit-out works
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers on site
Monitor and implement daily and weekly work schedules based on the project timeline
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
Manage materials and tools, ensuring proper usage, storage, and minimal wastage
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel
Solve on-site issues and unforeseen challenges to avoid project delays
Track progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports
Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
Ensure timely inspections, snagging, and final handover procedures are carried out
Maintain proper housekeeping and organization on site to support efficiency
Monitor the condition and use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance
Assist in the procurement and delivery coordination of site materials when needed
Ensure that all installation works meet company and industry standards
