Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Forman to oversee various construction projects and ensure they are completed on time , within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, as well as experience in project management and site supervision. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to effectively manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Manage project scheduling, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee budgeting processes, tracking expenses and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints. Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Primavera for project management and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in construction. Familiarity with quality control measures and safety regulations (OSHA). Proficient in project scheduling software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, or Primavera. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
