:

seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the UAE's fit-out or construction sector and possess a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee fit-out construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is done according to project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times on site.

Manage and supervise site workers, ensuring they are following project plans and safety guidelines.

Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and work schedules.

Communication with clients and project managers to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues related to the site work.

Manage and control the use of resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.

Ensure that any modifications or additional work are documented and approved by the project manager or client.

Ensure the site is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.

Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAEs fit-out or construction industry.

Proven experience in supervising construction or fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and health and safety regulations.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Construction Management or a related field.

Experience working on commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects.

Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.Benefits & Compensation
