Service Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently looking for Service Sales Coordinator to be part of our Service team. Below mentioned is the job description.

Regularly draw up work schedules based on existing service contracts, allocate the work efficiently to the engineers and technicians and follow up on work completion documents . Receiving phone calls and recording complaints, Prepare and present reports as requested by management. Procurement of required site materials as per request by service engineer / technician and issue the LPO's and follow-up with supplier for timely delivery. Handling LPOs and Petty cash, Handling Proper documentation like service reports / project related data / documents / drawing in proper format / filing so it can be accessed easily Preparing the AMC Contract once the contract has expired and filing the contract copy for future references.

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is MUST.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
