Job Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support to Service Sales Engineers with the following Task
o Preparing Service Quotation, AMC proposals in predefined formats
o Monitor Service Sales Enquiry on daily basis and maintain the records & follow ups.
o Service Order processing, Customer creation, Credit approvals, Service Sales Reports.
o Update service enquiries & proposals in CRM and generate reports
o Take the role of service sales engineer on their vacation or in delegation.
o Send quotes directly to the customer, ensure the acknowledgment, and clarify the queries raised by customer on products, scope, price, terms & conditions, and logistics.
o Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required.
o Manage contract documents, review terms & conditions and renew contracts
o Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time (enquiry to quotation)
o Follow up for renewals of maintenance contracts directly with customers.
o Preparing Proforma Invoice / Advance invoice
o Follow up payments if necessary
