Job Description
JOB SUMMARY As a Wok Chef you will ensure all produce is prepared/cooked ready for service. The menu has an Asian influence so you must have experience of working with Oriental styles of cooking. You will work in directly with other members of the kitchen to make sure there is enough prep to keep the kitchen running. This will be a busy site so you will need to be a quick learner and have good communication skills to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. CANDIDATE PROFILE Preferred Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts from an accredited university but not essential. Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Kitchen Operations. Good communication skills. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Additional languages will be preferred Must be able to handle the pressures of a busy kitchen, guest demands, simultaneously coordinate a wide range of activities. Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, multi task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to develop the dishes and run the small wok menu and lead the chefs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
