Job Description
A quick service F & B restaurant chain in Dubai is looking for a Senior Head Chef. Candidates should have the following qualifications: 1) Have the knowledge of standardization of daily products. 2) Should have the knowledge of central kitchen management. 3) Should have thorough knowledge of American, international & fast food, salads. 4) Should be very strict with quality control, checks & balance. 5) Should have thorough knowledge of inventory management & zero tolerance for wastage. 6) Should have very good communication skills & team management skills. 7) Should be a task master & should adhere to strict systems & SOP's of company. Eligible candidates will be offered attractive package of salary + performance incentives. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
