Position Overview
As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will partner with AI researchers to identify suitable open-source repositories, validate bug fixes, configure environments, and evaluate LLM capabilities in real-world coding scenarios. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills in software engineering.
What You'll Do

• Analyze and triage GitHub issues from top open-source repositories.
• Configure environments using Docker and other development tools.
• Evaluate code quality, coverage, and test reliability.
• Modify and execute projects to assess LLM bug-fixing capabilities.
• Work closely with researchers to select and define challenge repositories.
• Optionally guide and mentor junior engineers on the team.

Ideal Profile

• 3-4+ years of professional Rust development experience.
• Expertise in Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Ability to debug, run, and manage large-scale open-source projects locally.
• Familiarity with GitHub workflows and issue triaging best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills for AI-integrated software environments.
