Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors in the IT hardware space.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate IT hardware solutions (e.g., servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, storage devices).
Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, procurement, support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the organization.
Track sales pipeline, manage leads, and report progress using CRM tools.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand brand presence.
Gather and provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and product performance to improve offerings.
