Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Business Development Executive

with

1-2 years of experience

in software sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR & Payroll software solutions, along with excellent sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP, CRM, and HR & Payroll software. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our software solutions. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless client onboarding. Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience

in software sales, preferably in ERP, CRM, or HR & Payroll solutions. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and in a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
