Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads through various online and offline channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, events, etc.).
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (software, services, products).
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to create value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales
, or a related business development role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT products, services, and trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling B2B IT solutions or enterprise software.
Prior experience in outbound lead generation and international markets.
Understanding of digital marketing and online lead gen tools.
