Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Senior Business Development Executive - HR & Corporate Partnerships

to drive strategic growth and forge impactful relationships across the UAE. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of corporate sales, HR engagement, and institutional partnerships, with a focus on delivering training and placement solutions that meet the evolving needs of today's workforce.

As a key representative of KGISL, you will lead business development efforts, cultivate B2B and HR networks, and, over time, take on team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Lead B2B sales and corporate outreach targeting HR departments, talent acquisition teams, and L&D managers Develop strategic partnerships with HR professionals, recruiters, and placement officers for training and talent development program Pitch tailored up skilling, workforce readiness, and placement-linked solutions to corporates and academic institutions. Identify and pursue opportunities with colleges, universities, training centers, and corporate clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads via CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Represent the organization at industry events, education fairs, recruitment drives, and HR forums. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, employer engagement, and brand positioning Establish and grow a network of decision-makers across HR, CSR, and corporate learning divisions. Support the development and mentorship of junior sales team members (if promoted to Team Lead). Provide timely insights and feedback on client needs, market trends, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 3-5 years of UAE-based experience in business development, corporate sales, or HR/placement engagement roles. Strong track record in B2B relationship management, preferably in EdTech, training, or workforce development. Deep understanding of HR functions, campus placements, and corporate training needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team. Well-connected within the UAE's HR and corporate ecosystem. UAE Driving License is mandatory. Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel, and data-driven decision-making tools
