A dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to lead and grow the Traditional Trade channel across the UAE and wider GCC region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in route-to-market strategies and direct sales distribution.

Description
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Traditional Trade and HORECA channels.Drive revenue growth and market share through structured sales planning, coverage expansion, and execution excellence.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including Area Sales Managers, Supervisors, and Field Force.Oversee the full sales P&L, pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotional planning for both channels.Manage relationships with key retailers, wholesalers and HORECA accountsMonitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively identify opportunities or threats.
Profile
Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing Traditional TradeProven success in managing large sales teams and direct sales networks across the UAE/GCC.Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in trade terms, pricing, and revenue management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.Must be based in the UAE
