JOB PURPOSE : The Area Sales Manager - Traditional Trade is responsible for leading and managing a team of Van Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets across assigned territories. This role ensures strong retail execution, optimal route coverage, customer satisfaction, and high visibility of the Product portfolio in Traditional Trade.
The Supervisor plays a key role in expanding the brand's footprint by driving market penetration, securing new retail accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring "BRAND" products are well-positioned and visible at point of sale in alignment with brand guidelines.
