Sales Executive - Metal Works (Steel & Fabrication)

Qatar - Al Mutla Trading & Contracting
We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced
Sales Executive
with expertise in
Steel & Metal Fabrication
including gates, handrails, fencing, cladding, carports, and custom-made steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new sales opportunities for steel and metal fabrication projects.
Market and sell steel gates, handrails, fences, cladding, and other custom solutions.
Visit project sites, assess requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare
detailed cost estimations, BOQs, and client quotations
.
Negotiate effectively to close high-value deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in steel/metal works or related construction fields.
Solid knowledge of steel fabrication processes and materials.
Strong expertise in
estimation, quotation preparation, and project costing
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Qatar's contracting and construction industry.
Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
Benefits & Package:
Base salary + commission on sales.
Total package range:
QAR 5,000 - 9,500
