services. We are looking for aSales Executive
with hands-on experience in civil works, capable of finding projects and bringing in business.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for
villa, office, and apartment renovation
projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, landlords, facility managers, and property owners. Prepare and deliver sales pitches to clients highlighting our renovation and maintenance services. Visit sites to assess renovation requirements and coordinate with our technical team for quotation. Close deals and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends in civil contracting and renovation.Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales/business development
within thecivil works, renovation, or maintenance industry
in the UAE. Strong client network invilla renovation, property maintenance
, or similar fields is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. UAE driving license is a must. Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).Salary & Benefits:
