Sales Executive
with experience in the
construction and civil works sector
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE market and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads for villa renovations, villa maintenance, and all types of civil works.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and prepare proposals.
Follow up on leads provided by the company through social media and other channels.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain after-sales support.
Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
? Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the civil works or maintenance field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must have own network or the ability to generate leads independently.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
