Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Territory and time management for the assigned customers/area.
\xe2\x80\x93 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
\xe2\x80\x93 Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
\xe2\x80\x93 Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
\xe2\x80\x93 Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
\xe2\x80\x93 Gathering market and customer information.
\xe2\x80\x93 Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
\xe2\x80\x93 Overcoming any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
\xe2\x80\x93 Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions ideas.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assist in creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is at times dictated by the prospective customer.
\xe2\x80\x93 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and assisting in providing customers with quotations on time.
\xe2\x80\x93 Liaising with the sales coordinator to check the progress & monitor existing/pending orders.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure outstanding collections are made on time with the aim of achieving zero bad debts for assigned customers.
\xe2\x80\x93 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Gaining a clear understanding of customers\xe2\x80\x99 businesses and requirements.
\xe2\x80\x93 Feeding current/future trends back to the division/sales manager.
\xe2\x80\x93 Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Graduate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and Marketing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess an active network with different companies, hotels, consultants, facility managers, developers, and contractors.
\xe2\x80\x93 Proven ability to grow the business and will be responsible for evaluating market requirements, timely adjustment to marketing strategy, developing new markets (business units/products), and keeping abreast with market requirements.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should be analytical, a self-starter, and should be ready to take up new challenges.
\xe2\x80\x93 Must have a valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
