Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our client\'s services and products through email, phone, and personal visits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with primary accounts, key stakeholders, and critical decision-makers.
- Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customers\' operations and determine their requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of our products to the customer.
- Negotiate pricing in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop and successfully implement the individual business plan.
- Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
- Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities, samples, and account communication using the company\'s CRM.
- To support the finance department to recover all aging payments of your customers.
- To source trading materials as per customer specifications in conjunction with the sales coordinator/customer service executive.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree, Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a Marketing/Business Development/Sales environment in packaging or its subsidiary industry.
- Essential sales experience required in a B2B manufacturing sector.
- Must be self-driven and can achieve goals while operating independently with little to no micro-management.
- A proven track record of forecasting and surpassing sales goals.
- Proficient at networking and maintaining effective professional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a charismatic personality.
- Must be comfortable working as a team toward mutual business unit goals.
- Arabic communication skills are preferred.
- Achieve sales revenue targets as agreed on an annual basis.
