Procurement Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and supply-chain efficiency.
• Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation for key categories.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to meet project procurement schedules.
• Oversee inventory control, purchase orders, and supplier performance KPIs.
• Maintain strong market intelligence on material trends, pricing, and supply risks.
• Ensure full alignment with UAE procurement regulations and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience within the UAE, specifically in transportation, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and category management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of local and international sourcing processes.

Preferred Skills :

• CPPM (Certified Professional Procurement Manager) or CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional) certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-value contracts.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic an advantage.
