Profile
UAE National with Family BookBachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)3-5 years of experience in performance management or succession planningStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and performance tracking toolsKnowledge of HR best practices and performance management techniques
