Job Details
Monitors quality assurance measures & standards to ensure compliance with corporation practices and international standards; ensure respective functions effectively support the corporate objectives, targets, standards and procedures.
Reports and maintains ongoing dialogue with the Senior Vice President and provides updates periodically about operational performance and achievement of key strategic and financial targets.
Builds and maintain relationships with all internal Etisalat departments, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Responsible for the development and coordination of commercial agreements with the relevant vendors and suppliers.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of business marketing objectives.
Use effective and organized communication with top management (CXO level) to drive awareness, alignment, engagement and support for the initiatives.
Leads and manages a highly engaged, committed, and motivated teams that is in complete alignment with Etisalat corporate strategic direction allocated in each product line.
Manages, monitors, analyzes and evaluates the section's on-going key performance indicators from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
8-10 years into digital innovation role with large team size handling experience
