About Us:

Leading real estate management company seeking a skilled

Maintenance Supervisor

to oversee all building maintenance operations across our residential and commercial property portfolio.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure our properties are well-maintained and tenants receive excellent service.

Main Responsibilities:Daily Operations:

Supervise maintenance team and assign daily work orders Oversee repairs and maintenance of building systems Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly Conduct regular property inspections Ensure all common areas are well-maintained Handle emergency repairs and callouts

Technical Oversight:

Maintain AC systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment Manage electrical systems, lighting, and generators Oversee plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems Supervise elevator and lift maintenance Coordinate fire safety and security systems Ensure swimming pool and gym equipment maintenance

Team & Vendor Management:

Lead and train maintenance staff Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers Monitor work quality and completion timelines Manage relationships with service providers Ensure team follows safety procedures

Administration:

Maintain maintenance records and logs Track spare parts inventory Prepare reports for management Manage maintenance budgets Process work orders through facility management system

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years in building/property maintenance 2+ years in supervisory role Real estate or facilities management background

Technical Knowledge:

HVAC and air conditioning systems Electrical installations and repairs Plumbing and water systems General building maintenance

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management Good communication in English Problem-solving abilities Computer literate (MS Office, maintenance software) UAE driving license required

Education:

Technical diploma or equivalent Trade certifications (HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing)
