Real Estate Sales Supervisor

to lead and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise, guide, and motivate the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to improve performance. Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements. Support management in achieving overall business goals

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in real estate sales, with at least

2 years in a supervisory or team leader role

. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, off-plan and ready properties. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Valid UAE driving license Abu Dhabi- brokerage license
