Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance procedures for real estate properties.
Conduct inspections and report on facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Oversee repair, installation, and preventive maintenance activities (MEP, electrical, plumbing, machinery, building infrastructure).
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and service providers.
Monitor inventory, order parts/tools, and control maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Assist in facility upgrades or renovations.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid UAE driving license
Should be available to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
