We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Lead Qualification Executive
. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in sales or business development. As a Lead Qualifier, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales team.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and interest levels. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus , not Mandatory). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer literacy. Confidence in speaking with new people. High attention to detail and organization skills.
