What you will do This is a client facing Clinical leadership role within ITWorks UAE team, leading the clinical program of work as a physician executive, managing C-level clinical leadership stakeholder relationships. This role is integral to driving innovative healthcare IT solutions that improve clinical workflows, enhance patient outcomes, and optimize system utilization for our clients. The Physician Executive is an essential role in the ITWorks Middle East team, serving large healthcare systems and federal healthcare governments. Their unique blend of clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strategic vision, ensures that IT solutions are clinically relevant, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. By bridging the gap between medicine and technology, they drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and deliver value to clients. By aligning IT solutions with clinical and organizational goals, the Physician Executives will help ensure that investments deliver measurable ROI and support value-based care models. The Key roles & responsibilities of Lead Physician Executive would be: -
Lead clinical transformation initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities, such as improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and advancing value-based care.
Manage relationship with Clinical leadership at client site
Identify and promote the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices that can transform clinical care
Engage clinicians and other healthcare providers to gain their support and participation in transformation initiatives.
Provide insights into clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare regulations to guide transformation initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure clinical transformation efforts are integrated into the organization's overall strategy.
Act as the clinical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical initiatives.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
At least 7 years related work experience in client relationship management, Healthcare Information technology (HCIT) consulting or HCIT solution work experience
Experience of building relationships at C-suite level and with senior clinical leadership
Experience of working as a licensed Healthcare Physician
Fluent in English and Arabic
Preferred Experience
Experience in Oracle Health Millennium program of work
Expectations
