We're looking for a Lead Development executive to join our dynamic team and help us grow our client base in the IT and software solutions space.In this role, you'll connect with prospects, generate leads, and support our sales team in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business leads through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, CRM, email, etc.)
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate and qualify leads
Understand client needs and assess their fit with our software and digital solutions
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales and technical teams
Maintain and update lead details on CRM platforms
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and gather market insights.
Requirements & Skills
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or pre-sales (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, etc.)

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
