We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR & Lead Generation Executive
to support our real estate operations. This role combines recruitment, online listing management, and lead outreach. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and have a go-getter attitude, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment Support
Source and onboard agents working on a 100% commission model by networking with brokers on a daily basis Coordinate and schedule the first round of interviews
Lead Generation via WhatsApp
Send up to 500 WhatsApp messages daily using lead generation software Manage responses and forward qualified leads to the sales team
Property Listing Management
Upload and maintain property listings for Nine Star Properties on the company website Ensure property data is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable using online tools and automation software Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately Prior experience in real estate, recruitment, or outreach is an advantage Self-starter with a sense of accountability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
