We are a well-established UK-based training provider with leadership based in Dubai. Our brands span across beauty, education, childcare and technical training, and we're looking for a full-time Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to support our growth across digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role covering everything from social content creation and email campaigns to Facebook/Instagram ads, lead tracking, and website updates. You'll work closely with our UK sales team and report directly to senior leadership in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) across brands
Design and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Manage and send regular email campaigns (Zoho Campaigns)
Write clear and persuasive copy for mailshots, landing pages, and posts
Upload, edit, and maintain content on our Squarespace websites
Monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and monthly KPIs using Zoho CRM & reporting tools
Suggest and implement creative ideas to improve conversion, engagement, or targeting
Support course promotions, enrolment windows, and learner recruitment goals
You'll Need:
2-4 years of digital marketing experience
Experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
Strong copywriting and design skills for social/email/landing pages
Confidence using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Zoho, and Squarespace.
Organised, proactive and results-focused
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,500-5,000 per month, depending on experience
