Job Description

Responsibilities
1.Implement the general strategy as set by the company to facilitate HR functions and support day to day operations.
2.Create action plans based on strategy needs and in support of growth/ crisis resolution issues and accordingly monitor/synchronize the operational needs with all HR functions.
3.Build a strong HR department that will act as a business partner and support function for the Company\'s future growth.
4.Monitor all HR functions ensuring they are running based on the local labour law and according to set standards/KPI\'s.
5.Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties in order to support the smooth provision of HR services across the organization and promote the image of the company externally.
6.Manage the recruitment process for key and managerial positions, in coordination with the recruitment team, ensuring qualified candidates are selected.
7.Prepare the HR department\'s annual budget and business plan implementing projects accordingly.
8.Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members to ensure that they have the necessary skill base and that they are optimally enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
9.Create, implement and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department across all functions.
10.Conceptualize & develop training & development initiatives for improved productivity, capability building and quality enhancement.
11.Analyze compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans.
12.Assist in directing staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation ensuring optimum and effective utilization of funds in providing a pleasant equal opportunity work environment.
13.Conceptualize and implement policies for effective management and development of human capital across the organization.
14.Initiate rewards and recognition programs through perpetual assessments by introducing innovative and creative HR initiatives.
15.Manage and Audit Staff Accommodation, ensuring hygiene, safety and security standards.Qualifications
1.Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration; Master\'s Degree is a plus
2.Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
3.Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS related software
