Role Overview Chapal is looking for an execution-focused and highly collaborative individual who will dig deep into how to support the Human Resource Management at scale, that is work on all the function of Human Resource, including leadership development, performance plans, success planning, analytics, individual coaching, etc. With the company\xe2\x80\x99s rapid growth, it is constantly looking for ways to develop strategies, so the employees have an engaging experience throughout their stay at the company.
Job Responsibilities
Design, propose and implement Human Resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term staffing needs
Oversee talent acquisition function with the team members and take steps to streamline processes and procedures of recruitment
Provide local insight into corporate guidelines and procedures and manage the administration & implementation concerning employees, workplace health and security, salary structure, performance management, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s rules & regulations and labour laws of the relevant country
Provide advice to supervisors on direct reports\xe2\x80\x99 related matters
Assist in articulation of the values and culture of the company
Execute employee handbook across the workforce
Ensure discipline in employees and take corrective actions whenever required
Work on drafting policies and procedures to fill gaps where required
Work with Senior Management to identify Human Resources problems/issues and provide leadership and support in finding solutions
Organise and supervise the ATS so that highly qualified personnel are recruited and developed
Oversee and ensure the effective running of the payroll
Coordinate training requests of the employees
Assist Senior Management in the preparation of KPI for each position
Process documents/letters for onboarding, onboarding and during employment for all employees
Perform other HR Management tasks, as per guidelines of the Senior Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree in the relevant field
Minimum of 5+ years of work experience as an Human Resource Manager or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions, processes and best practices
Experience using social media and job forums
Strong ability in using MS Office suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven track record of handling multiple Human Resources Management tasks at the same time
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Familiar with strong recruiting strategies to improve talent acquisition
Demonstrated expertise in training supervisors and employees alike
A clear, approachable and friendly communication style
Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, proactive and a problem-solving personality
