Manages all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training, and personnel affairs.
Conducts performance evaluation training and monitors department\xe2\x80\x99s performance in conducting the performance evaluation.
Ensures that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations, and procedures comply with UAE Labor Law.
Manages and develops individual human resources staff to help them achieve full potential and deliver consistently high-performance standards.
Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.

Payroll and Budget
Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Directs and oversees all administration related activities including security, preventative and corrective maintenance, office & pantry supplies.
Requirements:
HR education background
At least 05 years\' UAE working experience in HR manager role with at least 03 years of team management.
Strong Knowledge of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Sports, Fitness or Entertainment will be an advantage.
