We are currently looking for a self-motivated and talented HR & Admin officer to join our organization. As an HR & Admin officer, you will be responsible for processing employee data as well as update the policies of our company. You will also have to provide assistance in the process of recruiting. You should be proficient in providing assistance in the hiring process. You should also assist in day-to-day operations of the human resources and administrative functions in the company. Essential duties and responsibilities Implement, and manage policies and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, recruiting, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services on behalf of the company. Manage the complete employee life cycle from the human resource perspective within the company. Deliver day to day operational support and guidance to managers for employee relations, development, resourcing and reward in line with company policies and ensuring legislative compliance at all times Proactively supporting the department heads in the implementing of the functional people plan to improve performance Lead the recruitment process and vacancies replacement. Implement the induction process of all new hires Provide HR support for all projects as . Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. Handle all compensation and benefits matters including pay reviews, benchmarking, market analysis and implementation in coordination with line managers Job requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in business discipline or equivalent. Minimum 2+ years account management experience Creative, problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving results. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical HR information clearly & concisely Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized, and efficient. Must possess integrity and honesty, as well as be self-motivated with a cooperative management style Certification on human resource field is an advantage. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Fluent in speaking English. Arabic language is a plus.
