Job Purpose:

The HR Emiratization Officer is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring the Emiratization initiatives of the organization. This role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining UAE nationals to ensure the achievement of Emiratization targets and promote national workforce development. The HR Emiratization Officer works closely with various stakeholders internally within the Organization and respective government entities, to comply with Emiratization regulations and promote inclusive employment practices.

Key Responsibilities and skills:

• Develop and implement the organization\'s Emiratization strategy, aligned with national Emiratization objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with senior management to set annual Emiratization targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct periodic analysis and reports on Emiratization metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Identify Emirati talent requirements across the organization and coordinate with recruitment teams to attract suitable candidates.

\xc2\xb7 Establish partnerships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other channels to enhance the recruitment of UAE nationals.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure Emirati candidates are given equal opportunities throughout the recruitment process.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on Emiratization regulations and guidelines and ensure the organization\'s compliance.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports and submissions required by government entities related to Emiratization initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Emiratization efforts and present it to the management as and when requested.
