Ensure the provision of quality and timely recruitment services of outsource staff for the Business Units (BUs).
Handle all recruitment and selection activities to identify and recruit the best outsources for the Company in line with approved recruitment plans.
Assess and select outsource staff recruitment Agencies (local and international), manage agency performance, and ensure the good quality of service from agencies.
Ensure the outsource staff is as per the budget and does not exceed the departmental budget for the outsource staff of consultants.
Handles the complete recruitment cycle, from specification of requirements the process.
Ensure the outsource staff job descriptions are in place and updated.
Build and nurture good relationship with internal & external stakeholders and maintain effective working communication with the employees through various channels.
Manage accurate document management system for outsource staff.
Experience:
5 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations for similar companies with experience in handling recruitment and staff.
Monitor and track the outsource staff and provide timely dashboard updates to the Management for making informed decisions.
Ensure the outsource staff onboarding forms are signed and information is captured.
Out source staff timely security checks on renewal on joining to be processed
