• Person should have sound knowledge of documenting maintenance schedules, target completion dates and expediting the services by coordinating with concerned suppliers/ contractors.
• Sound knowledge of documenting all correspondence for project from start till the handing over.
• Manage all warranty claims, settlements , certification of Bills for payments.
• Prepare reports of status of all pending jobs with planned Vs actual status
• Prepare list of all assets like machineries, Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s , cranes etc. and monitor expenses against each asset. Prepare reports of expenses against assets and notify management when expenses go high. Plan on repair vs replace strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports on asset expenses, project budget variances, KPIs.
• Candidate should be well versed with MS office and Excel.
• Experience in working with facility management companies, maintenance dept and contractors are preferred.
• Good knowledge of Data capturing, and analysis is required.
• Handle day today correspondence with suppliers and contractors and record all information.
• Prepare monthly purchase reports , outstanding PO REPORTS, Pending Requisition reports etc. Set KPIS and analyze performance of all suppliers.
• Qualification- master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in commerce , MBA, or Engineering in mechanical.
• Experience \xe2\x80\x93 As data analyst / Operations Executive for 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years.
• MS Office/Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Expert.
• Should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure
