Job Description

We are a diversified group operating across multiple sectors within the oil and gas supply chain, and we are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Group QHSE Manager to lead and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across all business units.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining world-class QHSE practices aligned with Saudi Aramco standards and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce QHSE policies, systems, and compliance across all group companies

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and Aramco-specific regulations

Plan and execute internal and external audits - including Aramco audits, client audits, and third-party certifications

Identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks across all operations - manufacturing, transportation, manpower, and services

Develop and conduct training programs to instill a culture of safety and quality throughout the group

Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities and incidents

Maintain strong working relationships with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and major clients (especially Saudi Aramco)

Prepare and manage QHSE budgets, documentation, and performance reports for top management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field (MasteraEUR(TM)s or certifications preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in QHSE management, with at least 5 years in oil and gas and chemical manufacturing

Deep understanding of QMS, EMS, OHSAS/ISO standards, and AramcoaEUR(TM)s safety and quality protocols

Proven experience in leading audits (internal & external) and handling client compliance requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across diverse industries

Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
