To lead and manage the overall Human Resources function across all business units of the group, ensuring alignment with company objectives, legal compliance, and best HR practices. The Group HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and organizational design, contributing to the success and sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives across all sectors.
Align HR policies and procedures with the company's growth plans and culture.
Advise senior management on HR planning, manpower budgeting, and workforce development.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the group, ensuring quality hires.
Create sourcing strategies and talent pipelines tailored to each industry vertical.
Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and fairly.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and other legal requirements.
Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations as needed.
4. Performance Management
Implement and monitor KPIs, performance review systems, and appraisals.
Support department heads in setting goals and development plans for their teams.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Promote upskilling, professional growth, and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Review and recommend competitive compensation structures.
Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with finance/admin teams.
7. Organizational Development
Drive HR initiatives that support engagement, retention, and company culture.
Support business units through organizational restructuring, policy development, and change management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
HR certification
such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR is
required
.
Minimum 8-10 years
of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/group-level HR role.
Proven experience in managing HR functions across
salon, beauty & wellness, F&B, and/or real estate
industries.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
