We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR to make a significant impact within a growing and diversified organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group's vision, business goals, and growth objectives. Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, drive change management, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts across all entities. Design, establish, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance throughout the Group. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage performance management frameworks, training programs, and career development initiatives. Stay informed of labor laws, regulations, and governance standards to ensure full compliance organization-wide.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably within large, diversified groups. Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop strategic HR initiatives, and collaborate effectively with senior management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Must be available to join immediately.
