Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Strategy:

Identify new markets, opportunities, and trends to fuel business growth and expand the company's reach

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact.

Sales & Negotiation:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals with partners and clients.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop cohesive strategies and ensure successful implementation.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare sales presentations, provide reports on progress, and forecast sales targets to management.

Mentoring & Training:

Train and mentor sales professionals to improve skills and ensure adherence to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
