Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Female Business Development Manager
with her own visa and car. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing new business opportunities, building strong client networks, and driving revenue growth within the interior design and luxury construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the luxury interior and construction sectors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
Create and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Must hold own valid visa and have own car.
Minimum 1 year experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or luxury sectors.
Strong network within the UAE market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and confident in dealing with high-net-worth clients.
